This is the application for the stackable Air Source Heat Pump incentive. The amount of incentive is chosen at either $4000 or $6000 and is entirely random. Please double-check your email since you incentive amount will be automatically sent to that address once you submit. Multiple submissions are prohibited, and if they are detected, the first application received for the home will be the incentive amount honored by NYSERDA. Finally, all incentive offers yet redeemed will be void after the budget for this pilot is exhausted. You will receive an email when the budget is exhausted.

By signing this attestation, Customer also understands that this opportunity is limited to one moderate-income air source heat pump incentive per physical address and that any duplicate applications will be deemed by NYSERDA to be ineligible.
