Energy Study Aggregation Program (PON 3787) Project Application

A few notes on this application:

1) You will receive a project number and application submission confirmation on your screen to print or save after you have submitted the application, along with an email confirmation.

2) You will receive a link for the participant site application after NYSERDA has reviewed and approved the project application (this form).

3) Only NYSERDA-approved FlexTech consultants with active FlexTech agreements may apply. Companies that are not current FlexTech consultant, but are interested in becoming one should refer to FlexTech Consultant Statewide Services (RFP 3628).

4) Visit nyserda.ny.gov/aggregation for more information on the program and access to PON 3787.

By acceptance of the project for participation in the Energy Study Aggregation Program, NYSERDA does not become a party to any contract between the Consultant and the Participant Site. As part of this project, NYSERDA will oversee the Consultant’s progress and results in completing the task work order, provide technical review of any applicable report, and be available to address any questions or concerns which arise during the conduct of this project. The New York State Freedom of Information Law, Public Officers law, Article 6, provides for public access to information NYSERDA possesses.
